This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO), Enterprise Services (ES) . The primary purpose of this position is to plan and conduct management and program analysis, studies, and projects; and provide advice and consultation to agency managers regarding the improvement of organization and program activities and operations. Non-BU: This is a non-bargaining unit position.
Key Responsibilities
As a Management and Program Analyst, GS-0343-12, your typical work assignments may include the following: Plan and perform extensive management surveys and analysis to determine compliance with agency regulations, procedures, sound management practices, and effective utilization of staff and processes.
Direct the capture, reporting, and analysis of statistical data relating to the organization's operations and directs or personally performs special studies regarding this data.
