The primary purpose of this position is to To serve as a multi-capable Program Manager and MAJCOM subject matter expert for Lean/Six Sigma Continuous Improvement and Innovation (CI2) and Lessons Learned (LL) programs.
Continuous Improvement Program Manager: Serves as a Primary or Alternate MAJCOM Continuous Improvement (CI2) Program Manager, Senior Technical Advisor, Subject Matter Expert (SME), and consultant. Management Advisory Services: Represents the command's Continuous Improvement and Innovation (CI2) and Lessons Learned (LL) program across all levels of the organization.
Innovation Program Manager: Serves as a Primary or Alternate MAJCOM Innovation Program Manager, Senior Technical Advisor, Subject Matter Expert (SME) and consultant. Lessons Learned Program Manager: Serves as a Primary or Alternate MAJCOM Lessons Learned (LL) Program Manager, Senior Technical Advisor, Subject Matter Expert (SME) and consultant.
Contracting Officer Representative: Serves as a Primary or Alternate COR for the Air Force Reserve Command Continuous Improvement and Innovation (CI2) Services Contract, Senior Technical Advisor, Subject Matter Expert (SME) and consultant.
