Job Summary
As a Management and Program Analyst with the Science Mission Directorate, you will direct a team and drive strategic collaboration in negotiating and executing IAAs with federal partners, managing G-Invoicing processes and serving as a critical liaison connecting with finance, procurement, and legal offices. You will ensure seamless agreement management and compliance.
Your leadership and interagency collaboration directly support and advance NASA's strategic scientific missions and partnerships

Interface and communicate effectively with other Government agencies at various management levels to establish and execute complex Interagency Agreements (IAAs).
