The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Management and Program Analyst, responsible for planning, organizing and determining necessary policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine and procedures for assigned programs; DAF Financial Management Functional Area Manager responsible for wartime planning policies and procedures affecting the FM enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Analyzes, develops, and evaluates detailed plans, goals, and objectives for long-range implementation of assigned HAF/SAF program(s). Establishes metric and analysis methodologies for senior management to assess efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with strategic guidance and regulatory procedures. Activity participates in strategic planning to improve organizational directions and focus using strategic planning tools and techniques.
Prepares and delivers oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations, and strategy sessions with other staff service functions and activities to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters, and convey information relative to proposed changes in assigned program(s).
