Key Responsibilities
As a Management and Program Analyst, at the full performance level, you will perform the following duties: Serve as a Senior Management and Program analyst to the Assistant Director assuring that information relating to the critical issues of the day is available and rapidly developed into knowledge for decision-making processes.
Analytical assignments typically include preparing project papers, staff reports, briefings to interdepartmental working groups, or formal presentations that include recommendations for new approaches as part of the analysis of effectiveness of emerging knowledge management operations, compliance with new legislative or regulatory requirements, and recommendations for maximizing operational or organizational performance throughout ICE-OES.
Receive highly complex and difficult analytical assignments including the development of new approaches or methods for application to major ICE-OES knowledge management programs and operations requiring the establishment of long-range program. Provides Information Technology (IT) Support.
