Job Summary

This Position is located in the Facilities and Administration, Workforce Solutions Branch. The incumbent serves as a Management & Program Analyst for the Human Resources team, responsible for providing guidance and support on agency-wide human resources policies and providing recommendations and findings to senior management officials and stakeholders across the agency.

Key Responsibilities

This Management and Program Analyst position is located in the Workforce Solutions & Logistics (WS&L) / Administrative Services (AS) / Mission Support (MS), Transportation Security Administration(TSA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Duties include but are not limited to: Provides comprehensive human resource liaison services to senior management and employees assist with developing, interpreting and/or advising leadership on the broad range of Human Capital policies and administration; and serves as an advisor to managers and leadership on human resources, employee development, and workforce analysis.

Initiates, tracks, and facilitates programs related to organizational structure; hiring and hiring practices; and Executive and Senior Executive hiring. Plans, organizes, and implements human resource related projects and programs, utilizing resources across agencies to provide analysis and recommendations to senior leadership. Conducts analyses regarding current human resource endeavors, projects, programs, employee development, and workforce planning.

Ensures alignment of organizational goals, policies, and requirements of projects, programs, and other endeavors towards mission goals.

TSA will not make a monetary payment for any leave forfeited under these circumstances.
