The mission of Planning, Performance, and Integration Office (PPIO) is to advance the enterprise-wide strategic direction of WHS in achieving its goals and objectives. This position serves as the Management and Program Analyst responsible for executing management and program analysis efforts. The position supports the analysis, development, coordination, and execution of administrative and analysis initiatives.
Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following: Plan, coordinate, and execute high-visibility, cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives across WHS, Boards, Commissions, and Task Forces; develop milestones, project schedules, and risk tracking frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational strategic objectives.
Research, analyze, and synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative data-including legislative actions, performance metrics, and IG Hotline trends-to author decision papers, executive summaries, talking points, and briefings that advise senior leadership on resource allocation and operational strategy.
Establish and facilitate enterprise working groups, stakeholder forums, and listening sessions across DoD components, Congress, and executive leadership; track stakeholder feedback to eliminate operational bottlenecks and drive continuous business process improvements.
Develop and apply quantitative and qualitative evaluation models, analytical frameworks, and measurement tools to assess the effectiveness, reach, and impact of enterprise strategic communications, outreach campaigns, and leadership messaging.
Serve as a technical advisor and Reviewing Official for Defense Travel System (DTS) vouchers; coordinate multi-functional logistics (facilities, travel, HR, security) for high-visibility customers; and enforce rigorous quality control and branding standards on all outgoing enterprise deliverables.
