The position is located in the Patient Registration Section of the Business Office (BO) of the Rosebud Comprehensive Healthcare Facility in Rosebud, SD. This section provides registration and eligibility services, the key points for interaction with patients to obtain and process demographic and insurance information for alternate resources, purchased/referred care, and private/commercial insurance. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R.
37.5 (2021).

Identify patients who do not have alternate resources and assigns them to the appropriate Patient Benefits Coordinator.
