The incumbent serves as the Medical Support Assistant (MSA) in the Contact Center (CCC) at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center in Johnson City, TN.

Referring patients to other medical specialty clinics.
Providing information to patients necessary to resolve complaints, Reviewing and documenting clinical and administrative electronic health records, Obtaining medical information from patients. coordinating information and actions related the patient care and services. Scheduling appointments in accordance with VHA national scheduling guidelines. Work Schedule: 7:45am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
