In this Mission Support Specialist (Generalist) role, you will carry out a wide variety of mission support, workforce management, staffing and position management, administrative research, logistics, and other program planning activities related to the missions and functions of the agency. Typical duties and responsibilities include: Conducting records management for various activities, performing audits, and extracting reports.
Preparing briefings and reports for management to foster understanding and acceptance of findings and recommending future operational needs. Developing detailed plans, goals, and objectives for program implementation, and developing criteria for evaluating effectiveness of current and proposed processes. Coordinating inter-related issues involving personnel management and administrative circumstances and/or situations.
Formulating, presenting, monitoring, advising, and reporting on the division and sector's workforce management programs, planning, and performance planning operations.
