This position starts at a salary of $89,508.00 (GS-12, Step 1) to $116,362.00 (GS-12, Step 10) In this Mission Support Specialist (Workforce Management) role, you will carry out a wide range of administrative programs, concepts, laws, policies, practices, and analytical methods to address technical issues or problems that contain several interrelated issues in workforce management.
Typical duties and responsibilities include: Carrying out projects and performing studies to address multiple substantive, interrelated administrative issues and problems.- Providing advice involving workforce issues to senior leaders, supervisors, and nonsupervisory staff. Developing and coordinating hiring plans by obtaining input from program officials.
Developing and delivering briefings, project papers, status and staff reports, and correspondence to managers to foster understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations.
