As an Operations Support Specialist, you will provide a variety of management services essential to the direction and operation of USCIS, assist management in administering policies and procedures, provide advice, guidance, and instruction to managers, supervisors, and employees concerning all administrative programs that include complex and sensitive issues.
Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, within Fairfax VA Field Office and are assigned based on the need of the agency.
