The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct support to the Senior ART by accomplishing a variety of duties relating to program management activities for all aspects of medical readiness administration.
Provides guidance to commanders, supervisors, and managers on a broad scope of performance management issues in coordination with local Civilian Personnel Section (CPS), legal office and union representatives. Serves as the primary point of contact for Civilian Personnel services involving position management staffing, placement, and classification.
Serves as a civilian personnel program management specialist coordinating and implementing a myriad of civilian personnel program services for the Wing. Prepares written correspondence and other documentation. Obtains information from a variety of sources, consolidates information and develops into operational working/information papers and/or internal operating procedures.
