The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as administrator of Wing Plans and Programs Specialist (314 AW). Position is responsible for providing necessary support in planning, executing, program management, and staff analysis for work related to the development of war, peacetime, and contingency plans and programs for the 314th Airlift Wing (314 AW). Determines wing/unit effectiveness and efficiency through internal readiness analyses.
Duties: Serves as Specialist, Wing Operations Plans. Serves as Alternate Readiness Cell Chief. Wing Alternate Operations Security (OPSEC) Signature Manager. Serves as Assist Chief of Wing Plans and Programs during installation's planning groups. Develops precise and detailed plans, contingent on operations, contingencies, and installation support agreements commensurate with installation readiness requirements. Weighs wing objectives during exercise planning.
