The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a regional Command, Control, Communications Computers and Intelligence (C4I) advisor in the USCENTCOM Operations Directorate, Command and Control Division responsible for the development and implementation of methods to advance secure communication interoperability between U.S. Forces and USCENTCOM Regional Partners, aligning with both USCENTCOM''s Theater and Security Cooperation Strategies.
Serves as the lead action officer and SME for C2 interoperability with Partner Nations across the central region. DUTIES Critical Plans, organizes, and administers the development, establishment and sustainment of methods, procedures and techniques to support secure interoperability activities between U.S. Forces and USCENTCOM Regional Partners that support U.S.
strategy, policies and directly support of USCENTCOM's Theater Strategy and USCENTCOM's Theater Security Cooperation Strategy objectives. Coordinates and manages the formulation, implementation, and maintenance of methodologies, protocols, and practices to facilitate secure interoperability efforts between U.S. Forces and USCENTCOM Regional Partners, aligned with USCENTCOM's Theater Strategy and Theater Security Cooperation Strategy objectives.
Serves as USCENTCOM's representative in diverse forums including DoD, USG, and foreign country gatherings, as well as major command meetings, panels, study groups, work groups, and other planning activities related to assigned missions and functions: Represents USCENTCOM across a spectrum of DoD, USG, and foreign country forums, as well as major commands' meetings, panels, study groups, work groups, and planning activities related to assigned missions and functions.
Responsibilities encompass a range of budget and acquisition tasks, including: administering routine budget functions in formulating, revising, justifying, executing, and reviewing designated portions of the annual budget to support CCIB activities; researching, compiling, correlating, summarizing, submitting, and briefing budgetary data encompassing historical records, current figures, and future projections; ensuring accuracy and adequacy of budget justifications submitted to support budget estimates.
