The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a program analyst applying Air Force military operations experience to analyze, develop, and evaluate issues; and develop recommendations to resolve substantive problems and issues of the effectiveness and efficiency of Long-Range Fires, Sensor to Shooter, and distributed C2 in live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) environments.
As a ShOC-N battlelab point of contact, this position will coordinate with USWFC, ACC, and HAF leadership to ensure specified tasked objectives are being met. Member will oversee LVC test and evaluations, and draft emerging TTPs in support of future war-fighter operations.
Duties: Applies Joint, Coalition and Air Force military operational experience to analyze, develop, and evaluate operational tasks, and develops recommendations to resolve substantive problems and issues of effectiveness and efficiency of operations in assigned programs. Documents planning and programming decisions in appropriate formats to meet tasked requirements.
Actively participates in strategic planning to improve organizational direction and focus using strategic planning tools and techniques. Prepares and delivers oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations, and strategy sessions with other staff service functions and activities to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters, and convey information relative to proposed changes in tasked assignments.

The posted pay range is $91427 – $118857/yr.
