The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a command HQs level program analyst to manage AMC Test and Evaluation (TE) Financial Resources, Budget process and Test Resource Plan (TRP) process; to manage daily execution of the AMC TE budget; to serve as the TE Directorate Resource Advisor; and oversee resources for several geographically separate organizations .
Key Responsibilities
Plans, analyzes, evaluates issues, and develops recommendations to resolve substantive problems and issues of effectiveness of work operations in a major command program. Develops directorate financial plans and spending plans.
Prepares and delivers oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, and strategy session with other staff service functions and activities to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters and convey information relative to proposed changes. Manages, tracks and staffs test resources plans (TRPs) requiring AMC resources.
