This position is assigned to the Global Support Strategy Branch (GSS), Post Analysis and Support Division, Office of the Executive Director, Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA/EX/PAS). GSS administers the Global Support Strategy (GSS), a multi-billion dollar, multiple award contract program that provides a variety of non-inherently governmental services in support of the Department's worldwide visa operations, including appointment services and fee collection.
Key Responsibilities
Leads the team effort in briefing CA stakeholders and CA leadership on GSS activities and programs such as, changes in program priorities, new requirements, and volatility in service demand.
