This position is located in the Office of the Director, Industrial Planning & Analysis (IPA) in the Office of Industrial Base Resilience (IBR). The incumbent serves as a supervisor, responsible for leading a team in ensuring a healthy and resilient domestic and international defense industrial base for DoW systems.

This position is being filled using Direct Hire Authority (DHA) authorized under the Department of War Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) for position in the Business and Technical Management Professional Career Path (NH). Incumbents typical work assignments may include the following: Oversees and executes data-driven analyses for ASW(IBP), coordinating with DoW Services and Agencies, and OSW components. Leads and directs teams including DoW, interagency, industry, and allied representatives to analyze the industrial base, develop mitigation strategies for supply chain vulnerabilities, and implement DoW industrial policy and investments.
Oversees the analysis of the impact of new industrial policy on DoW weapon systems, missiles, and munitions.

The posted pay range is $143913 – $197200/yr.
