About the Position: Serve as Chief, Business Management Section and as the principal business and information technology advisor to the Chief and Deputy Chief of Engineering & Construction (E&C). Primarily responsible for planning, supervision, management, direction and review of all policies, programs, funding management, automation and data analytics reporting requirements and operations involving the business management and information technology functions of the Division.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strong internal financial controls and procedures for subordinate analysts to follow in receiving, committing, obligating, and expending funds allocated to the District and monitors compliance.
