Key Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a program analyst, applying military aviator experience to analyze, develop, and evaluate issues, and develop recommendations to resolve substantive problems and issues of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations of planning, scenario development and execution of operational level warfare command and control exercises and experiments led by the 505th Combat Training Squadron (505CTS) for the purpose of training the Joint Force Air Component Commander (JFACC), and Commander Air Force Forces (COMAFFOR) staffs in the operational art of employing air, space and cyber power to dominate across the spectrum of conflict.
Duties: Applying military rated aviation experience, analyzes, develops, and evaluates issues and develops recommendations to resolve substantive problems and issues of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations in a major command program. Documents planning and programming decisions in appropriate formats to meet Air Force and Major Command requirements.
Using military rated aviation experience, actively participates in strategic planning to improve organizational direction and focus using strategic planning tools and techniques. Prepares and delivers oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations, and strategy sessions with other staff service functions and activities to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters, and convey information relative to proposed changes in assignments.

The posted pay range is $89508 – $116362/yr.
