As a Program Analyst, you will be part of RESOLVE, Office of the Chair, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). If selected, you will be responsible for analyzing RESOLVE Program activities, supporting program improvement, assisting stakeholders, and coordinating mediation activities.
Analyzes and evaluates activities and services of RESOLVE, the EEOC’s internal alternative dispute resolution (ADR) program, to identify trends, problem areas, and opportunities to improve program effectiveness and efficiency.
This position has a basic education requirement listed under the Qualifications section of this announcement. All Education must be accredited by an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education in order for it to be credited towards qualifications (particularly positions with a positive education requirement.) Therefore, applicants must report only attendance and/or degrees from schools accredited by accredited institutions recognized by the U.S.

Applicants educated in whole or in part of foreign countries must submit sufficient evidence, including transcripts, to an accredited private organization for an equivalency evaluation of course work and degree.
You must provide a copy of the letter containing the results of the equivalency evaluation with a course by course listing if selected. Foreign Education: If you are using foreign education to meet qualification requirements, you must send a Certificate of Foreign Equivalency with your transcript in order to receive credit for that education.
