Key Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this position is: to serve as an Air Force Program Analyst within the HQ AF/A10 Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Division, executing strategic, multi-disciplinary program evaluation and analytical support.
The incumbent evaluates, validates, and refines Department of the Air Force CWMD policies, strategies, and operational plans to ensure maximum program effectiveness, while collaborating across Joint Staff, sister Services, and OSD echelons to secure vital DAF warfighting equities in CBRN-contested environments. Duties: Conducts comprehensive CWMD and CBRN operational analyses to inform and shape AF CWMD policy, strategies, CONOPs, program effectiveness.
Researches and evaluates Air Force CWMD policies, analytic products, materiel and non-materiel solutions to resolve critical operational vulnerabilities, improving operational efficiency. Defines complex operational issues, synthesizes multi-source data, and determines the most effective and efficient method and approach to fulfill organizational tasks, resource requirements, and long-term program objectives.
Develops recommended CWMD Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), handbooks, science-based Operational Risk Management (ORM) decision aids, and operational guidance documents, and other products that address the employment of materiel and personnel in "CBRN-contested" environments.
This position is with HQ USAF and Support Elements, Department of the Air Force.

The posted pay range is $121785 – $158322/yr.
