About the Position: As a program analyst for the Civil Works (CW) program & related appropriations, incumbent is responsible for the budget/ programming process and full range of procedural and technical duties involved in the program formulation, presentation, and execution phases of assigned programs under all civil works appropriations, as well as varying requirements of non-Federal and other agency contributions to numerous projects within the programs.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with and provides assistance to project managers, engineering, construction, operations, planning and real estate managers in the preparation and submission of programming documents.
