Key Responsibilities
As a PROGRAM COORDINATOR at the GS-0301-12 some of your typical work assignments may include: Lead program coordinator for a Department with over 60 military and civilian staff. Provides administrative program support, including property management, space management, and records management. Supports Department personnel actions, including coordinating organizational changes, hiring actions, onboarding, performance evaluations, and awards.
Responsible for supporting and tracking financial and procurement actions, including purchase requests, spend plan creation, and budget execution reviews. Serves as a Government Purchase Card holder and Defense Travel System Reviewing Official. Serves as a Contracting Officer's Representative, as assigned, on contracts supporting the Department.

Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
