You will serve as a Program Manager with Bureau of Reclamation.
Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following: Establishes program goals and objectives for the accomplishment of assigned programs and assigns program responsibility to key subordinate staff for accomplishment. Provides managerial oversight and direction for the development, execution, and coordination of assigned programs, investigations, and special studies.
Serves as a key advisor and representative for the Regional Director in the geographic area. Directs major Reclamation studies, investigations, and initiatives and serves as principal lead in the development of management plans for Reclamation operations, lands, and wildlife areas. Oversees operation and maintenance of Prosser Creek Dam and Reservoir, Stampede Dam, Stampede Reservoir, Stampede Power plant, and Marble Bluff Diversion Dam.
Supervises the Fallon Field Office and all activities to monitor and enforce the Operating Criteria and Procedures as approved by the Federal Court. Directs the exercise of delegated administrative authorities in such areas as position management, finance, procurement, property management, and data processing in order to assure that area office operations are conducted consistent with all statutory, regulatory, and policy requirements.
Directs the accomplishment of programs and the provision of administrative support and controls for those programs through the supervision of key subordinate staff. Serves as a second level supervisor over professional, administrative, technical, and clerical employees. Participates as a member of the Regional Leadership Team which sets the direction for regional policy and provides leadership on major issues affecting the California Great Basin Region.
This position does not allow substituting education for experience.

The posted pay range is $163996 – $197200/yr.
