In this Program Manager position you will become a key team member of Homeland Security professionals involved in leading performance improvements, planning, and data analysis efforts for Human Resources Policy and Programs Directorate (HRPPD) leadership and staff. Major Duties: Planning, directing, and evaluating complex Human Capital Enterprise transformation programs to support CBP and DHS human capital priorities and improve operational effectiveness. Establishing program goals, schedules, governance processes, performance measures, and risk controls to ensure programs are well-managed, measurable, and aligned with mission needs.
Integrating program planning, resource requirements, schedules, and implementation activities to maintain alignment with organizational priorities and ensure timely achievement of program objectives. Serving as a principal liaison with internal and external partners to resolve issues, build consensus, and secure decisions on program direction.
Leading program evaluation, change management, and continuous improvement activities to strengthen service delivery, reduce inefficiencies, shorten cycle times, and sustain results.
