Key Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Program Specialist, you will: Manage cross-cutting projects and task force activities to address program issues, coordinate organizational initiatives, and support achievement of program objectives. Review administrative and program documents to ensure consistency with applicable CDC and HHS policies, requirements, and organizational standards.
Coordinate administrative initiatives and projects across organizational components to address emerging priorities and improve program effectiveness. Plan and coordinate assignments, projects, and executive-level activities by establishing objectives, organizing resources, and monitoring progress to support organizational priorities.
Requirements & Education
Foreign Education: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
