Job Summary

The Program Support Assistant provides administrative and technical support to Nursing Operations. Duties include coordinating projects and educational programs, maintaining databases and reports, supporting staff onboarding and training, managing TMS and SharePoint activities, analyzing program data, scheduling events, and providing customer service to staff and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Nursing Operations is seeking a Program Support Assistant (OA) to provide customers with consistent information according to the established policies and procedures. Handle conflicts and problems in dealing with customers constructively and appropriately. These duties consist of but is not limited to: Provides administrative and technical support for Nursing Operations and educational programs.

Coordinates projects, meetings, training sessions, orientations, and educational events. Maintains TMS, SharePoint, databases, spreadsheets, training records, and program files. Collects, analyzes, tracks, and summarizes program and training data and prepares reports. Supports student affiliations, onboarding, PIV processing, training requirements, and compliance tracking. Provides technical assistance and training on TMS, VISTA, CPRS, SharePoint, Outlook, and other systems.

Develops and maintains educational materials, flyers, brochures, reports, and instructional aids. Tracks program milestones, training completion, competencies, licensure verification, and other deliverables. Coordinates schedules, registrations, course completion, and compliance reporting for BLS, ALS, and other training programs. Researches program requirements, policies, and procedures and assists with updating SOPs and administrative guidance.

Troubleshoots administrative and computer-related issues and coordinates resolution with appropriate services. Provides professional customer service and serves as a point of contact for staff, leadership, students, and external partners. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Telework: This position is not suitable for telework. Virtual: This is not a virtual position.
