Job Summary

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for USACE for Real Estate Personnel to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: As Deputy Chief of the Real Estate Division, you will share with the Chief in managing and supervising all aspects of the Realty Division' programs and functions; having complete authority to act for the Chief in all matters affecting the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Exercises full responsibility for providing comprehensive real estate support to the District Civil Works Program with over 30 projects and PPAs to include providing support to the States of New York and New Jersey and their array of local partners.
