Job Summary
As the Regional Director you are responsible for managing a regional office of the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board and rendering initial administrative appeals decisions and orders on individual cases coming before the Board.
Decisions may have major political, social, and economic impact on the functions of such other agencies as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Office of Personnel Management, the Federal Labor Relations Authority, and the Office of Special Counsel.
