The Assistant Nurse Manager supports the Nurse Manager with supervisory duties, responsibility and accountability for the 24/7 operation of 9CN Heroes' Corner. The ANM has responsibility and accountability for the direction and supervision of specific orientation, training, development of staff, and provides input into the evaluation of individual staff performance.

Equip staff with tools for competent care and promote an environment of accountability for high-quality, cost-effective outcomes. Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
Align nursing and clinical objectives with organizational strategic outcomes, participating in strategy planning and execution. Promote a positive workplace environment to achieve the organizations vision and mission. Maintain knowledge and ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, directives, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOP). Assist the Nurse Manager with administrative duties as allowed by agency policy.
