This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific eligibility requirements per VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Program Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) & eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after review of the EDRP application.

This Registered Nurse- Community Living Center (CLC) is located in the Long Term Care Unit at the Manchester VA location. This position is full-time at 40 hours per week. Duties are Included but are not limited to: The CLC RN will assist in directing the provision assist in nursing education, orientation, competencies, and providing quality improvement and outcomes utilization consultation.

Questions clinical practices for the purpose of providing evidence-based care. Participate in activities and strategies to sustain an evidence-based-practice culture. The CLC RN collaborates with the Minimum Data set (MDS) coordinator to ensure documentation is accurate and reflective of the Resource Utilization Group (RUG) score.
