The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System is recruiting for a full-time Registered Nurse - Inpatient Staff Nurse. This position will serve within Patient Care Nursing Service under Acute Care (4B).
The Inpatient Staff Nurse duties include but are not limited to: Responsible and accountable for all components of the nursing process when providing or supervising direct patient care. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care based on age-specific needs. Carry out responsibilities that demonstrate leadership, experience, and innovative approaches to managing complex patient care.
Collaborate in the development, implementation, evaluation, and revision of policies, procedures, and guidelines. Demonstrate effective communication, professional behavior, and leadership that support excellence in nursing practice and foster collaboration beyond the immediate care setting.
