Key Responsibilities

As a Resource Management Specialist, you will: Coordinate extramural program activities involving assistance and procurement actions to support program objectives, funding priorities, and compliance with applicable requirements. Monitor contract performance and procurement activities to ensure contractor deliverables, closeout requirements, and acquisition actions support program objectives.

Coordinate extramural and financial assistance actions involving multiple internal and external stakeholders to resolve program issues and ensure timely completion of award requirements. Support the formulation and oversight of extramural budgets by assessing resource requirements and ensuring financial activities are integrated with program objectives and intramural funding plans.

Requirements & Education

Foreign Education: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
