Job Summary

As a Secretary at the GS-0318-8, you will be part of the Charlotte Legal Unit, Office of General Counsel (OGC), U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. If selected, you will be responsible for providing advanced administrative support in a litigation environment, including preparing legal and administrative documents for the Regional Attorney and other legal staff.

Key Responsibilities

Maintains litigation and administrative dockets electronically; including logging incoming charge files and litigation documents, assigning them appropriately, and independently tracking case statuses.
