Job Summary
As a Senior Executive Scheduler, you will provide executive assistance and total administrative support and interface with the Executive Staff, OCC senior management, visitors, dignitaries, etc., on a regular basis. This position is located in the Comptroller's Front Office in Washington, DC
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Executive Scheduler, you will: Manage the administrative functions of the Comptroller's Front Office. Assure that inquiries to the Comptroller are answered in a timely and professional manner. Personally handle most requests for information and assume responsibility for ensuring that visiting dignitaries or high-ranking officials are treated appropriately. Perform or coordinate special projects, studies and reports.
Conduct confidential studies and prepare reports which are required by the Comptroller. Independently manage the Comptroller's calendar and schedule with knowledge of Comptroller's goals, objectives and priorities to include meeting requests, speaking engagements, and travel. Coordinate required corrections or modifications with originators.
Regularly interact with representatives from the banking industry, domestic and international financial regulatory agencies, public interest groups, congressional members, and agency staff to coordinate meetings and briefing materials.
