Job Summary
You will serve as a Secretary Office Automation with Bureau of Reclamation. Duty Location: Lakewood, CO
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Office Manager, performing liaison duties between the executive and internal and external contacts and monitoring incoming and outgoing correspondence. -Arranges and coordinates travel authorizations and vouchers, including scheduling meetings and/or visits; ensuring travel, hotel reservations, car rentals, etc., are secured. -Performs administrative support functions for the office and subordinate level support staff under the technical oversight of the executive.
-Assists with special projects related to programmatic areas.
