Job Summary
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
About the Position: This position provides comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the Director and staff, managing communications, scheduling, travel, correspondence, records, training coordination and preparing personnel actions.
Key Responsibilities
Receives all visitors and telephone calls, ascertains nature of call or business of visitors and determines appropriate action.
