Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as security specialist for an organization with subordinate organizations below them to protect resources from espionage, terrorism, and threats of unauthorized disclosure and/or compromise of information or material considered vital to the organization's mission interests, national defense or national security.
Key Responsibilities
DUTY 1: Serves as security program specialist executing and enforcing compliance with operational, functional, and mission assurance aspects of an integrated information security program. DUTY 2: Executes and enforces compliance with the organization personnel security program. DUTY 3: Serves as the organization's representative for Industrial Security issues.
Maintains an in-depth knowledge of multiple customer missions in order to facilitate the protection of classified and SCI access as required by contract performance. DUTY 4: Administers the Physical Security Program for the organization.
