Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to contribute to DoD and Air Force Reserve's (AFR) development of a strategic plan for delivery of comprehensive preventive services to support the wing-level psychological program, under the Director of Psychological Health Program (DPHP).

Key Responsibilities

Actively manages the Air Reserve installation/Air Force Reserve Wing's (to include Air Force Reserve Tenant Wings) Psychological Health Program in support of the commander's leadership team to address the psychological health of their installation/wing. Designs, develops, coordinates, and implements prevention and community outreach and education programs.

Conducts assessment, routine crisis evaluations, psycho-diagnostic assessments, provides short-term evidence based problem resolution strategies and services. Responsible for marketing and marketing evaluation activities.
