As a Staff Assistant, you will be performing a full range of administrative, research and analytical duties, special assignments, related to the missions and functions of the office. In addition, overseeing the management and administrative operations of sector headquarters.
Your duties and responsibilities will include: Developing, devising, and analyzing internal administrative procedures of the office through independent reviews, coordination with internal and external components, preparation of reports, and research and analysis. Responding to administrative and programmatic problems brought to the attention of the manager. Relieving the manager of unnecessary interruptions and demands on their time by handling matters of a general nature.
Arranging for the preparation of briefing materials, talking points and executive summaries to be viewed by the manager. Working closely with members of the manager's staff, and with others outside the office, to track projects and to ensure implementation dates are met.
