The Supervisory Administrative Officer position is assigned to the Primary Care Service and located in the St. Augustine and Palatka Community Based Outpatient Clinic. Supervisory Administrative Officer must cover both sites in person each week. Provides expert knowledge in analyzing, evaluating, advising and coordinating health care delivery systems and operations at site specific locations and sends findings to the Associate Director, Primary Care and Outpatient Clinics.
Include but not limited to: Develops, plans, issues, and implements procedures to comply with directives concerning administrative matters. Analyzes, evaluates problems, makes recommendations, devises solutions to systems administration, training management, publication management, and data management. Consults with respective staff and/or personnel on progress in taking corrective action. Provides full staff assistance on administrative matters.
Conduct analytical studies on operational processes, issue topics, or related special projects. Serves as the principal advisor to personnel on administrative management program issues. Participate in the planning for budgeting needs and financial management. Sets standards for and evaluates subordinates, and advises, counsels or instructs individual employees on both work and administrative matters. Serves as the lead for all lease modifications and supplemental agreements.
Communicating with all stakeholders and acts as the leadership point of contact. Please note: A one year supervisory probation period may be required for this position. Duty Location: Leo C.
