As a Supervisory Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Coordinator at the GS-0301-14, you will be part of the Office of Field Programs, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. If selected, you will be responsible for providing supervision, expert guidance, and coordination of a unified ADR and mediation program. This includes overseeing program operations, ensuring consistent application of ADR principles, and personally conducting mediations, as required,
Key Responsibilities
Duties may include the performance and supervision of the following: Counsels potential mediation participants and their representatives regarding mediation as an alternative to an administrative EEOC investigation or other formal procedures.
