About the Position: Lead a small, high-impact lab team at SHAPE Belgium. As Chief, you must be a sharp, independent, on-your-toes leader managing all clinical sections, QA, and leadership roles. We need an adaptable supervisor who thrives under pressure, makes data driven decisions, and ensures top-tier diagnostic care for our international military community. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce
Key Responsibilities
Ensures clinical laboratory compliance with CAP, CLIP,FDA, TJC, and agency accrediting and regulatory requirements across all testing sections to maintain rigorous quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), and patient safety standards
Requirements & Education
FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
