The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor; directing, planning, organizing, and exercising control of the value based and asset optimization activities of nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), Installations Directorate (CI), Strategic Asset Utilization Division (CIU), Execution Branch (CIUE)
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Execution Branch ensuring that the functional work area complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 25% of the time. Represents CIUE with a variety of installation, functional area, and interested organizations.
Manages and coordinates requirements and interactions with the appropriate functional managers, supervisors and organizations representing contracting, legal, real estate, finance, energy, engineering, and other professional fields that support and interact with AFCEC/CIU.
