As a Supervisory Grants Management Specialist, you will: Oversee grants administration activities across the grant lifecycle, including reviewing applications, budgets, state plans, financial reports, award actions, monitoring results, audit findings, and closeout documentation for compliance with Federal requirements.
Supervise and support grants management staff by planning and assigning work, setting priorities and deadlines, evaluating performance, providing coaching and training, resolving administrative issues, and recommending awards, promotions, disciplinary actions, or workforce development needs.
Coordinate and advise on complex grants issues by working with program officials, financial management staff, contractors, grantees, Federal partners, workgroups, and senior leadership to resolve concerns, strengthen stewardship of Federal funds, and improve grants administration.
Foreign Education: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
