Job Summary
This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Offices of Hearings and Inquiries (OHI).
As a Supervisor Health Insurance Specialist, GS-0107-15, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team overseeing contractors, systems, and workflows supporting the Marketplace appeals program; coordinate IT linkages; advise CMS leadership on program improvements; and ensure appeals processes are fair, timely, effective, and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
Serving as first-level supervisor and Division Director, leading a staff responsible for implementing the use of information technology and data systems in the Marketplace appeals process.
