Manage patient registration, admissions, eligibility determination, and benefits coordination. Oversee third-party billing, accounts receivable, collections, and revenue-cycle performance.
Ensure compliance with IHS, CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and federal regulations. Coordinate with clinical leadership to ensure documentation supports billing, reimbursement, and quality reporting. Analyze operational data and prepare reports on collections, productivity, and program performance. Incidental use of government owned vehicle may be required; therefore, employee must possess and maintain a state valid driver's license.
