Develop and implement program plans and policies while ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational guidelines. Manage budgets and financial activities, including preparing reports, monitoring spending, and identifying funding needs or shortfalls. Provide guidance and recommendations to leadership and healthcare staff on costs, operations, and program decisions.
Monitor program performance and compliance, including contracts, billing issues, quality controls, and use of alternative resources.
